I have lived with a hearing disability my entire life and started creating art nearly 50  years ago as a way of expressing myself without being verbal.
My materials, much like people, are often imperfect, showing signs of wear, yet having a story and waiting to be transformed. ​
I try to reflect on the past while celebrating the present for inspiration.
I am self-taught and work primarily with welded steel and other metals, often incorporating glass, enamels or other accents.
All works are made by me and are of my own design, leaning toward contemporary.
